About Us
Peacock Builders, Inc. is a custom homebuilding company that builds high-quality homes in an economical, sustainable, locally sourced, and innovative fashion.
Owned and operated by Tobin Peacock, the company serves all of Hancock County from its headquarters located in Town Hill, Maine. Peacock recognizes that building a home is a major investment for his clients, as well as a tangible expression of the people who will live in the home or summer cottage.
Peacock Builders adheres to this philosophy daily, and as a result provides distinctive products, excellent customer service, and the ability to build high-quality homes and buildings.
Peacock is a graduate of College of the Atlantic. He has fourteen years of building experience and incorporated Peacock Builders in 2002. Peacock lives in Lamoine with his wife Val, who teaches at Sumner High School in Sullivan.
